ABR: Is the premier agency designation .Holder has mastered the proper techniques and practices of buyer representation. Knowledge and experience in managing relationships, negotiation strategies and ability to identify sources of buyer clients.
SRES: The Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) designation course instills knowledge and understanding of and empathy for 50+ real estate clients and customers. Develop the business building skills and resources needed for specialization in the 50+ real estate market.
GRI: The GRI designation is a national designation delivered by the state REALTOR® associations. The 90-hour course of study meets the accreditation standards established by the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®. Upon completion of the program, students are awarded the GRI designation (Graduate REALTOR® Institute). Only members of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® may hold the GRI designation. GRI to be completed in N0vember 2015.
